This fully renovated kitchen nearly doubled in size, expanding from 120 sq. ft. to 200 sq. ft. We removed both a pantry closet and a bathroom (which was relocated to another part of the house) to completely transform the space. The ceilings were vaulted, and a wall was taken down to make room for a bar-top seating area with a walnut countertop, enhancing the layout. New granite countertops were installed, including a large island with a prep sink and built-in wine cooler. The custom-designed shaker-style cabinet doors with slab drawer faces were created specifically to match the homeowner’s vision before they became a popular trend among other cabinet makers. The kitchen also received new electrical and plumbing systems, an appliance garage, a closet with laundry facilities, and an on-demand hot water heater. High-end appliances, Pella windows and doors, under-cabinet lighting, and new flooring rounded out this chef’s dream space.

This home also underwent double bathroom renovations, with updated floor plans designed to expand the space and create more room. The master bathroom now boasts a natural river stone shower pan with a stunning waterfall-like wall accent, while the guest bathroom features a small cobblestone shower pan. Both bathrooms include custom vanities and linen cabinets, custom glass shower doors, quartz countertops, and Toto toilets. The tiling in both bathrooms, as well as the guest shower walls, was carefully selected to mimic the look of hardwood, as requested by the homeowner.
