Lee Stewart

Owner / Contractor

Born and raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., Lee was immersed in the hustle and bustle of city life from a young age, developing an unwavering work ethic and a relentless drive to succeed. Over the years, this passion for hard work evolved into a love for construction, where the challenges of turning visions into reality became a true calling.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, Lee transitioned to California’s stunning landscape in 2011, embracing the opportunity to renovate homes amidst the state’s beautiful climate. Whether it’s restoring homes or creating new masterpieces, Lee thrives on tackling the unique challenges each project brings, ensuring every space reflects both beauty and functionality.

As a contractor who appreciates the comfort of home, he truly understands the importance of creating a place where warmth and functionality come together. Whether he’s working on a small renovation, complete remodel or new construction, he approaches each project with the mindset that every detail matters.

Lee is someone who loves to stay active and hands-on in everything he does. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on long, challenging bike rides, working on projects around the house, gardening or hanging out with his family.

Manuel Quintero

Foreman

Born in Watsonville, Manuel previously owned and operated Quintero Homebuilders LLC with his father in Arizona where he grew up and attended Arizona Western College. As a seasoned foreman with 23 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Manuel brings a wealth of skill and knowledge to every project. His expertise in managing jobs, overseeing complex builds, and ensuring high-quality workmanship has been honed through dedication and a passion for the craft. He is committed to delivering projects on time and to the highest standards of safety and quality. A man of many skills, in his down time you will find him busy with multiple extracurricular activities like playing drums in a band, playing on a men’s softball league, coaching youth soccer and high school football, etc. He is very family oriented and loves spending time with his son.

Michelle Stewart

Officer Manager

Meet Michelle, the backbone of the administrative side of Lee Stewart Construction LLC. As the Office Manager, she manages all the essential behind-the-scenes tasks, keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Her attention to detail and dedication ensures that every project flows smoothly, allowing the team to focus on delivering top-notch construction services. Working alongside her husband in their family-owned business, Michelle takes great pride in supporting both the company’s operations and their clients’ remodeling journeys. She has an exceptional work ethic and is incredibly reliable and responsive. In her free time, she loves spending time at the beach, especially hunting for sea glass, enjoying various outdoor activities, and cheering on her son at his extracurricular events.
