This complete house remodel of the lower house on the property included a new roof, fresh paint, replacement of the old decking with clear all-Heart redwood decking, and the addition of a new deck section for a hot tub.
This home was thoughtfully renovated to create the perfect space for entertaining guests at the vineyard. The kitchen was fully updated with new cabinets and countertops, while maintaining the charm of the past with the inclusion of a 1950s stove, a special nod to the husband’s love for vintage flair. Mahogany beams were refinished, and the floors were updated to match the home’s refined aesthetic.
Three bathrooms were completely renovated with new tile, updated vanities, and sleek countertops, while keeping the original tubs in place. The previously unfinished downstairs basement was transformed into a fully functional space, with the gravel/dirt floor replaced by a solid concrete foundation. The basement was finished to perfection and includes a newly added bathroom to create a private en suite.
The upper house kitchen received a fresh update with new countertops and flooring, as well as a minor layout change to improve the flow. A full-sized wine cooler was installed, offering an elegant display for the wine crafted at the vineyard. This space has been revamped with thoughtful design and functionality in mind, making it perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.
This remodel features a brand new deck addition with seating oriented towards a retractable TV screen (not pictured). The vineyard event space offers both beauty and functionality, with stunning views of the Santa Cruz mountains.
