This renovation represents a complete transformation, preserving only the exterior framing of the home. We meticulously rehabilitated this mid-century modern residence near the harbor, selecting materials designed to withstand the coastal environment. The home now boasts Class A fire-retardant Hardi board and batten siding, Pella windows, and composite doors for enhanced durability and longevity.

Inside, the remodeled kitchen  features a striking color palette, quartz waterfall countertops, sleek slab-style doors, low-profile pulls, champagne hardware, white oak floating shelves, a farm sink, and under-cabinet and toe-kick lighting. It also includes a coffee station, an induction cooktop range, and a peninsula with barstool seating.

This home received all new clerestory windows with negative reveal trim style, along with freshly painted vaulted ceilings adorned with v-rustic planks and exposed beams.

A new gas insert fireplace featuring a stunning Compass Star Italian tile surround that extends from floor to ceiling, complemented by vertical two-way sconces to complete the design.

The master bath was entirely reimagined, with a 23 sq. ft. addition to accommodate both a luxurious, heated-floor bath and an upgraded half bath with a separate entrance. Highlights include a custom double vanity with ambient lighting, a bidet toilet, a lighted mirror, wainscot tile, and a curb-less shower with a linear drain—all illuminated by natural light from multiple Pella windows and custom glass doors.

The stairway, featuring stair tread lighting and custom glass railings, along with new engineered hardwood flooring throughout the house and a stunning chandelier just inside the front door, immediately draws attention to its modern aesthetic.

The guest bathroom was also fully renovated, offering heated floors, a soaking tub with quartz slab walls, a custom vanity with a heated towel rack, a lighted mirror, and custom frameless sliding glass shower doors.

We redesigned this compact and challenging space to create a distinctive yet highly functional gym bathroom. The entire room features floor-to-ceiling tiles, a quartz slab shower enclosure, a custom shower door, and a custom vanity with toe-kick lighting.

This private gym is fully equipped to help the homeowners stay fit, offering plenty of space for movement and cushioned rubber flooring to protect their joints. Large windows provide stunning views of Arana Gulch and flood the space with natural light. We also added a composite exterior door with opaque side lights to bring in even more sunlight. After their workout, they can relax in the lounge area, featuring stair tread lighting that leads down to the gym floor. A small storage area with a beverage cooler boasts sleek quartz countertops and a beautiful tile backsplash in earthy tones, completes the gym’s aesthetic.
